Labuschagne Left Out from Australia's One-Day International Lineup Against India

Labuschagne finds himself omitted from Australia's three-match ODI series versus India, with high-performing Queensland colleague Matt Renshaw receiving a surprise call-up.

Labuschagne has been omitted from the ODI side following managing only a single run in his two batting efforts during the recent series against South Africa in August. The right-hander has a highest score of 47 in his last 10 ODI batting appearances.

The batsman has featured in 68 ODIs and amassed 1,871 runs at an batting average of 34.64, but will now focus on earning a Test team comeback ahead of the Ashes beginning in Perth on November 21.

Australia’s three-match ODI series against India commences on October 19 in Perth, before the rivals play five T20s from 29 October.
